We’re looking for a
hospitality-focused Short Order Cook
to bring flavor, flair, and friendliness to our kitchen. If you love working in a fast-paced, people-first environment, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities
Prep ingredients and assist with entrée production
Cook up pantry items, soups, sauces, poultry, fish, and breakfast favorites
Prepare made-to-order meals in our café, including sandwiches, salads, and grill items
Provide friendly, efficient service to residents and guests in a casual dining setting
Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control standards
Help create basic desserts and support daily meal service
Keep our kitchen and café sparkling clean and safe
Qualifications
High school diploma
Culinary school enrollment
or
6+ months of prep cook experience
Knowledge of kitchen equipment, basic nutrition, and food safety
Ability to follow recipes, measure accurately, and communicate clearly in English
Food handling certification (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
