As the

Inclusion Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

Assist in creating and conducting a training session for camp counselors

Assist with pre-season staff training

Mentor and model camp mission, practices, and procedures

Coordinate an assigned recreational program by providing instruction and modeling activities

Assist in designing new and creative recreation activities

Identify at risk children through observation and collaboration with counselors

Create plans to alleviate behavioral concerns when appropriate

Work with parents, external agencies, and staff to ensure any camp with special needs or conditions are having a successful time at Camp Scully

Inclusion Specialist

Minimum Salary: $310.00 per week

Inclusion Specialist

Maximum Salary: $350.00 per week

Must be able to live on site for the entire camp season (June-August)

*Seasonal Position

Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Social Work, Child Development, or a related field

Experiences working with children with emotional or behavioral challenges

Organizational, planning, and time management skills

Experience working at a summer camp is preferred
