Job Description
Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
Predict and overcome project challenges
Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
Maintain OSHA requirements
Mentor less experienced construction professionals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors

The Successful Applicant
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent
5+ years of relevant tilt wall construction experience
Multiple projects completed successfully as a Lead Superintendent
Technically-savvy individuals will be more successful due to the increased use of technology on jobsites
Must be willing to travel across AL and GA
