Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Lead Electrician, based in Westminster, MD. The Lead Electrician will oversee electrical work, maintenance, and repair activities. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting various electrical systems, executing quality electrical work, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role involves collaborating with front office staff and customers, supervising tasks, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Qualifications
Journeyman electrician license.
Skilled in troubleshooting electrical work, including installation and setup of electrical systems.
Experience in maintenance & repair of electrical systems and components.
Strong abilities in troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing solutions.
Ability to lead and manage teams effectively in an on‑site environment.
Knowledge of industry safety standards and compliance regulations.
Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program or relevant certification is preferred.
Previous leadership experience or supervisory skills is a strong advantage.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
