Vacancies exist for a 2.75-hour Food Service Helper at the Gouverneur Middle School and a 6-hour Food Service Helper at the Gouverneur Elementary School. Please indicate which position (or both) you are applying for. Minimum Qualifications:
As per Civil Service requirements for the non-competitive class.
High School Diploma or GED.
NYSED Fingerprint Clearance.
General Statement of Duties: Serves the students attractive and nutritious meals in an atmosphere of efficiency, cleanliness, and friendliness. Strives for quality and promotes pride in all District endeavors. Fulfills the mission of the District and the school assigned.
Reports To:
Head Cook, Food Service Manager and/or Building Principal
Terms of Employment:
As per Gouverneur School Related Personnel Union Agreement
Normal Work Day:
As per Gouverneur School Related Personnel Union Agreement; shifts determined by Food Service Manager
