What Will You Do?
Perform Critical Repairs : diagnosing and fixing machinery with precision and care.
Train and Mentor the Next Generation : guiding junior techs through repairs, safety, and best practices.
Optimize Service Efficiency : leading by example in troubleshooting, repair processes, and time management.
Drive Safety and Excellence : ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained across the board.
Tool Reimbursement Up to $1,200 per year to help you maintain the tools you need.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
GED/High School Diploma, with a Diesel Technology, Ag Technology, Automotive Technology, or Heavy Equipment Technology degree (or equivalent experience).
2-5 years of experience working on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, or heavy equipment maintenance.
Strong ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Welding and cutting torch skills are a bonus!

A passion for teaching and mentoring others.
Excellent communication skills, both with your team and customers.
Safety-conscious and committed to best practices.

Physical Requirements This role requires you to be active and on your feet, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy machinery. You'll be climbing, bending, and inspecting large equipment, ensuring repairs are made to the highest standards.
