Job Description This position is responsible for assisting the department supervisor’s daily production goals by communicating production needs and coordinating production materials and resources accordingly. The position provides daily work direction, directly assisting employees and working in production as required under the direction of the area supervisor.
Required Experience Rite-Hite makes top quality products and hires the most qualified employees to contribute to that. This position requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); along with at least five years of experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires a knowledge of manufacturing procedures and capacities, company products and components, and production/inventory control procedures. Ability to read and interpret design drawings. Basic computer skills required.
