Rate:
$27 per hour
We currently have an opening for a PRN Maintenance Mechanic to cover our Lakeway Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital for on‑call and weekend hours.
A Maintenance Mechanic performs general mechanical and preventive tasks. Duties include inspection, service, drywall repair, painting, and overhaul of physical plant equipment, all performed with a focus on patient and employee safety. The role enhances the patient/employee experience by maintaining and improving the environment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; trade or vocational school background preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance, repair, and safety procedures.
Current and valid state driver license.
4–10 years of facility maintenance experience preferred.
