Federal Reserve Bank Los Angeles Branch (100% on-site) 950 South Grand Avenue, Los Angeles CA 90015 Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm (This role requires flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet business needs.) Key Responsibilities
Maintain thorough procedural knowledge of specific areas of assignment and maintain proficiency with software and business applications needed to support Cash operations Utilize multiple systems in conjunction with standard office processes (i.e. ECM, FedLine, USSS, US Mint) Work with Customer Support to resolve inquiries Initiate and maintain strong customer service relations with armored carriers, financial institutions, third-parties and other FRB departments and offices Assist with department records management and ensure Cash Admin documentation is accurate, neat, orderly and legible Complete Department Accounting Entries Complete Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports Assist with management of coin activities including mint shipments, coin terminals and on‑site coin Review and complete the Daily GL Account Balances Process and reconcile Daily Orders for the Paying Team Cross‑train and provide backup support to the Paying, Receiving, Coin and High‑Speed Processing functions Execute End of Day Closeout Duties Act as a liaison between management and staff Support department goals and communicate them positively to co‑workers In collaboration with management monitor supplies inventory for the department Make recommendations for improvement to existing processes Maintain good supportive relationships and collaboration with colleagues in Cash operations Participate and contribute in workgroups Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer Service oriented Ability to exercise common sense judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action Good analytical, multitasking and time management skills Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team Preferred
Associate Degree 1 year of related experience Experience with database‑driven software Experience collecting, transforming, analyzing and reporting on data Experience working cross‑functionally to meet internal and external client needs Salary Range
Min: $52,700 – Mid: $68,300 – Max: $84,000 (Los Angeles, CA) Benefits
