FieldBridge Energy seeks a Plymouth, MN - based Warehouse Associate to work for a global water technology company. Weekly pay + benefits.
Pay / Schedule: $19/hr. 10 am - 6:30 pm. Great opportunity for OT pay. At $19/hr, at 50 hours per week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,045 gross.
In this role you will be involved in the entire fulfillment process, from assembling parts orders to building custom shipping crates for industrial pumps.
Whether you are an experienced forklift operator or looking to start a career in logistics, we want to hear from you. We are willing to train the right entry-level candidate and provide forklift certification!
What You Will Do Day-to-Day:
Operate Equipment: Spend 50%+ of your day driving forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks to move inventory (Certification provided).
Pick & Pack: Pull orders for pumps and parts with high accuracy.
Build & Create: Construct wooden pallets and packaging materials using power tools to ensure safe shipment of heavy machinery.
Prep & Finish: Assist in assembling parts orders and prepping/painting products for final shipment.
Safety First: Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to all safety protocols.
What We Are Looking For:
Reliability: High School Diploma (or equivalent) and a strong work ethic.
Attention to Detail: Ability to identify specific parts and handle inventory transactions accurately on a computer.
Hands-on Capability: Comfortable using hand tools and lifting/moving materials.
Experience (Preferred but not required): Previous experience with forklifts (sit-down or cherry picker) or 5+ years in a warehouse environment is a big plus, but we are open to entry-level candidates with a great attitude.
