Distill complex program statuses and risks into clear communications for stakeholders
Manage inputs and track progress against strategic goals during planning cycles
What is Required (Qualifications)
3 to 5+ years of program management, project coordination, or business operations experience
Experience supporting cross-functional teams in technology or related environments
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
Ability to work effectively with both strategic leaders and execution teams
Proficiency with program management tools (Airtable, Miro, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience supporting strategy, product, or go-to-market teams
Familiarity with AECO workflows or industry concepts
