Senior Financial Analyst – APAC WA Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A COE for APAC World Area team. In this role, you will leverage advanced data analytics and automation techniques to transform complex financial and transactional datasets into actionable insights that drive World Area Finance operations. Responsibilities

Drive Standardization, Centralization and Process Optimization within World Area Financial Reporting

Point of Contact for Functional Consultancy for World Area Automation Projects

Drive Automation Projects for Orders, sales and Backlog Reporting

Improve Headcount Reporting and standardize process at World Area level

Develop month‑end Reconciliation processes e.g. Oracle/One BI/HCM vs HFM

Establish automation processes by considering dynamic scenarios

Create process and end‑user documentation

Contribute team playing, creative thinking and solutions that help achieve organizational objectives.

Support the monthly reporting process, ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to internal and external stakeholders.

Assist on monthly, quarterly, and annual actual financial closes processes

Support in Ad‑hoc requests

Drive continuous process improvement culture within group

Qualifications

Finance professional with minimum 6 years of FP&A domain experience

Hands‑on experience in ERP, MS Office, Advanced Excel and Power BI

Strong communication skills & cross‑functional interactions

Analytical thinking ability and good team player

Action oriented and driving for results

Self‑starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes.

Manages stakeholder, situational adaptability

Manages complexities & ambiguity

Qualified CA/ MBA in Finance

Basic understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

System knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management

Power BI or related presentation tools
