At OWN Real Estate, we help over 100 families each year buy and sell homes across the Bay Area. We're a 20-agent team producing $200M+ annually, backed by 15 years of operating experience. We're looking for a Client Services Coordinator to be the connective tissue between the clients, agents, and the dozens of parties involved in every real estate transaction. You'll own client communications from contract to close, keep deals on track, and support our CEO with day-to-day operations. This role is part transaction management, part relationship management, part keeping the wheels on. This is a full-time, hybrid position with occasional evening or weekend availability for transaction deadlines. Real estate experience is a plus but not required—we can teach the contracts if you bring the organization, communication skills, and follow-through. Responsibilities

Manage all client communications once a property goes into contract, keeping buyers and sellers informed and confident throughout the process Coordinate with agents, lenders, escrow officers, title companies, inspectors, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions Track timelines, contingencies, and deadlines—flag potential issues before they become problems Maintain and update the client database, including past clients, referrals, and sphere of influence Answer incoming calls and emails, triaging and responding on behalf of leadership Support calendar management and help protect leadership's time Assist with operational projects and process improvements as the team grows Qualifications

2+ years in a client-facing role managing multiple relationships or projects simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills—clear, professional, and warm Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and reliable follow-through Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly Proactive mindset—you anticipate needs rather than wait to be told Experience with real estate transactions, contracts, or CRM systems is a plus, but not required Available for occasional evenings or weekends when transaction deadlines require it Compensation
