Operations Workflow Analyst – Operations Data Team Location: Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE

We’re actively seeking a talented Operations Workflow Analyst to join our Operations Data Team in Consumer Markets Division. In this role you will analyze and forecast staffing needs using volume statistics, inquiries, and other trends to schedule resources and optimize workforce efficiency.

How You’ll Help Move Us Forward

Monitor daily staffing schedules, forecast volume, and schedule necessary resources.

Prepare reports and analysis to communicate daily workflow to management and staff.

Implement workflow changes, communicate changes and propose enhancements.

Real‑time schedule adherence monitoring and intraday adjustments to optimize efficiency.

The Experience You Bring

4+ years of related experience.

College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required; Tableau experience a plus.

Experience with Tableau, AWS Connect, and Excel (community, Tableau, etc.).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to tailor communications.

Proven ability to lead peers through influence.

Base Pay $39.81 – $48.65 per hour (base pay range; actual compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location).
