Pay Transparency

– Client Service Associate: $50,000 – $60,000.

Client Service Manager: $65,000 – $75,000.

Primary Job Functions Reception / Office

Maintain a welcoming office; greet clients.

Schedule meetings, manage mail distribution.

Order office and marketing materials; support vendors and technology sponsors.

New Client Onboarding

Ensure accurate completion of new‑client paperwork and account setup.

Follow up on funds transfer from surrendering company.

Maintain the CRM database and client files (filing, copies, data input).

Research and resolve any issues with the Broker/Dealer, WEG Operations, and vendors.

Record incoming assets to the appropriate blotting tool.

Client Relationship Management

Prepare account transactions, trades, deposits, withdrawals, RMDs, etc.

Communicate to understand client requests, determine actions needed, and resolve issues—including death claim processing.

Work with client’s tax or legal counsel on concerns when appropriate.

Gather client data and prepare materials for meetings and reviews.

Industry / Product / Company Knowledge

Demonstrate knowledge and execute against WE’s Suitability Guidelines, operational processes, and sales model.

Understand financial terminology and products.

Be proficient in annuities, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, fixed‑income, stocks, options, alternative investments, hedge funds, and charitable giving practices.

Attend Client Services and company educational events; vendor presentations when scheduled.

Team and Corporate Support

Assist Advisor Team Operations to streamline processes.

Complete operational projects to support enhancements and changes.

Communicate process and sales updates to the team.

Education / Qualifications Client Service Associate

4‑year college degree preferred.

0–3 years of industry experience.

Customer service training, knowledge, or experience.

Solid oral and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Interest in learning financial concepts and products.

Ability to work with deadlines, remain flexible under pressure, and prioritize work.

Team‑player capability.

Ability to learn WE’s sales model, procedures, product features, riders, and review processes.

Salesforce experience a plus.

Client Service Manager

Includes all associate requirements.

3–5 years of industry experience.

FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses required.

Salary Guidance

– For the Associate level, the entire salary range is $42,500 to $63,750.

For the Manager level, the range is $51,450 to $84,000.

The starting range above is the base we expect to pay for entry level.
