This individual will be responsible for RMA processing, PO receiving, WO picking, packaging, shipping, and transportation of Crestron’s high‑end components and product line in our state‑of‑the‑art warehouse facility. Must be able to multitask, work in a fast‑paced environment, and be willing to work in different areas throughout the operation and have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

Ability to process RMA’s, pick and process production orders.

Support the day‑to‑day business needs: pick, packing, processing orders, operating forklift, loading and unloading deliveries, plus other assigned warehouse duties.

Must be able to work OT when needed, including Saturdays.

End of the Month activity as required.

Must be able to work as a team.

Job requires order administration picking, handling material, lifting, counting (Material Requisitions), and picking production orders.

Additional duties as assigned where needed (other Building & Departments).

Qualifications

Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices & procedures within a warehouse.

Ability to follow written & verbal instructions and guidelines.

Display initiative within assigned tasks to complete them timely and efficiently.

Ability to use pallet jack.

Ability to operate forklift (turret truck); training will be provided.

Valid driver’s license.

Lift 40‑50 lbs.

Computer experience: SAP, CRM, Excel, etc.

Read, write and speak English.

Ability to work assigned shift, plus OT when needed.

Support the day‑to‑day business needs as described above.
