What You’ll Do We are looking for a detail‑oriented and performance‑driven
Paid Media Specialist
to join our growing eCommerce and direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) business for Baseball/Softball, Team Sports, and Golf. This person will primarily be responsible for activating, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns – primarily Meta – for wilson.com, demarini.com, slugger.com, evoshield.com and atecsports.com. This role supports Paid Search and Affiliate channels from a planning and reporting perspective, liaising with agency partners on budgets, promotional/seasonal windows, product features, and copy.
You’ll work closely with brand marketing, creative and analytic teams and agency partners to ensure flawless execution of campaigns, proper budget pacing, and actionable performance insights.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Paid Social:
Activate, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other social channels as needed
Upload, QA, and traffic creative assets and ensure proper audience targeting and campaign setup
Monitor daily performance and pacing to ensure alignment with monthly and quarterly budgets
Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders
Identify and share best practices, new ad formats, and platform updates to improve channel performance
Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to test and iterate on ad formats, messaging, and audiences
Maintain strong platform hygiene (naming conventions, tracking setup, reporting accuracy)
Paid Search:
Provide ongoing reporting for paid search with recommended optimizations to improve KPIs
Collaborate with agency partners to provide guidance on day‑to‑day execution of paid search campaigns including keyword research, bid management, search query reports, data feed management, and troubleshooting
Partner with marketing teams to ensure up to date copy and assets based on current initiatives and key products
Affiliate:
Provide ongoing reporting to key stakeholders complete with recommended actions to improve efficiency, traffic, and revenue growthCollaborate with agency and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data is provided around key promotional periods and that they are included in partner coverage
Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For We are seeking qualified candidates with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and a minimum of 1 year of experience managing paid media campaigns across digital platforms; agency experience a plus.
Other qualifications include:
Proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
Proven success with launching campaigns on time, delivering on budget and driving measurable results
Highly analytical with experience reporting and data analysis
Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
Able to independently identify gaps and opportunities; works to prioritize with little supervision
Solid attention to detail with strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Baseline knowledge and interest across baseball, football, basketball, volleyball, and golf is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
What We’ll Provide A reasonable estimate of the
pay range is $60,000 - $70,000 per year
at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
