Job Description A call center dispatcher is responsible for communicating with the customer to determine service needs, scheduling and notifying technicians, entering data into the computer database, and managing status updates for service work.
Pay and Type Pay:
$25.00 – 30.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Position Summary The Call Center Dispatcher is responsible for communicating with the customer to determine service needs. The dispatcher will schedule and notify technicians of assignments and enter necessary data into the computer database. Responsible for status updates and communications with all parties involved for service work.
Responsibilities
Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move and generate revenue.
Dispatch service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Effectively manage technicians to ensure they arrive at their designated appointments.
Make sure that the phone is answered appropriately.
Monitor incoming e‑mail and other electronic lead sources for new leads and contact as quickly as possible.
Ensure the appropriate technician is sent to each appointment matching skill sets with client needs.
Schedule technicians time for replenishing truck stock using the defined system. Do not have technicians or installers make unnecessary trips for stocking but instead plan it around their dispatch schedule.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Background check and drug test required for hire.
Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana.
Experience
Service Titan knowledge – Required
4 years of supervision – Preferred
2 years of customer service – Preferred
