Job Summary Working as a Food Service Manager, you are responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations for a corporate dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure that the food offered to customers is of superior quality.
Key Responsibilities
Operate the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget while providing the client with maximum value for the dollars spent
Ensure that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality
Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, the client, and other departments within the operation
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree preferred
Two to four years of fine‑dining restaurant management experience required
Comprehensive food and wine knowledge; applicant should be well versed on food and wine pairings
Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
Excellent communication and computer skills, including MS Office proficiency
ServSafe Certified preferred
