They craft terms, labels and phrases to aid user comprehension and guide task orientation.Duties & Responsibilities* Write clear, concise, and user-friendly text for products and services, both system and micro copy.* Apply appropriate tone, manner, grammar and composition for the target users.* Ensure proper labels, tags and messaging, including error handling.* Understand how users interact with text and to identify areas where the UX writing can be improved.Top Deliverables (3-5)* Dimensions of Tone of Voice* Grammar & Composition* Nomenclature & Vocabulary* Conversation Design* System and Micro CopyCompetencies
**Strong creative and copy writing skills.**
Ability to edit and trim down copy to aid in comprehension and limit overwhelm.
