Description
Location: Milwaukee, WI (hybrid preferred). Remote candidates considered; must be on camera for all meetings. LM leaders and LTI leaders are onsite in Milwaukee.
Core hours: 9-3 CST. Contract likely longer term extension after initial period.
Interview process: Two rounds. First round with Jennifer; second round panel of 2-3 people.
Project Overview Lead the Testing Transformation initiative to raise testing maturity at NM. Coordinate with a third‑party vendor (LTI Mindtree) that handles current testing. Include KPI & CPI in quarterly PI planning and hold vendor accountable.
Act as Senior Program Manager assisting the Lead PM in managing a large portfolio (~$80M program, 400+ people onshore/offshore). Must understand risk mitigation, scope creep, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
Organize and facilitate quarterly PI‑planning events.
Drive teams to deliver on schedule and maintain accountability.
Assist Lead PM with reporting, risk tracking, and communication strategies.
Build and maintain cross‑functional roadmaps and metrics.
Manage vendor relationships, contract oversight, and KPI analysis.
Must Haves
Strong experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence) and MS Office.
Ability to create polished executive‑level PowerPoint decks; provide examples.
Experience building large‑scale roadmaps and coordinating quarterly planning.
Managed a program of similar scale ($80M) with over 400 participants.
Involved in quarterly planning meetings and dependency management.
Proficient in escalations, risk coordination, and status reporting.
Skills Project Management, Agile, Stakeholder Management, Program Management, Jira, PMP Certification, Scrum, PowerPoint.
Experience Level Expert Level.
Job Type & Location Contract position based in Milwaukee, WI. Hybrid workplace.
Pay and Benefits Rate: $50.00 – $60.00/hr.
