Communications Operator – GALLERYone DoubleTree Suites by Hilton
Full‑time position in the Guest Services team at the 231‑room GALLERYone, DoubleTree Suites by Hilton, located on the intracoastal waterway near Galleria Fort Lauderdale and the beach.
Eligibility
Three years of guest/customer‑facing experience in a similar role that utilizes a multi‑line telephone (administration, call center, reception, hosting, etc.).
Available to work AM and PM shifts, any day of the week, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Shift Pattern:
AM / PM shifts, any day/weekend/holiday as needed.
Pay Rate:
$19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
Answer and respond to internal and external calls to deliver outstanding guest service and support financial profitability.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues via telephone in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Provide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services.
Respond to emergencies and document & relay accurate information to proper parties.
Accept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately, using proper grammar and spelling.
Operate office equipment, including computers, PBX system, fax machine, e‑mail, etc.
