A company is looking for a Contract Manager II to negotiate and manage medical contracts in managed care markets.
Key Responsibilities Negotiate hospital and medical group contracts for multiple lines of business
Analyze market data and financial models to support contract negotiations
Develop and expand provider participation within the network
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred, or equivalent experience
Four years of progressive provider network contract negotiation experience
Experience in a healthcare management environment preferred
Knowledge of complex contracting scenarios
Ability to negotiate win-win scenarios for the organization and providers
