About the Role DashMart is a new team at DoorDash focused on building a new type of convenience store, offering both household essentials and fresh groceries to our customers’ doorsteps. We’re looking for a Logistics Specialist who will be responsible for helping build and maintain our delivery data and oversee vendor delivery execution. The Specialist will gather logistics data on a regular basis and in a timely manner for a particular set of vendors, and may contact vendors as needed. The Specialist will work with other teams to identify, root cause and resolve vendor/local delivery issues.
Responsibilities
Identify, ingest and update data for assigned vendors in a timely manner
Identify and root cause vendor/local delivery issues
Contact vendors to resolve issues and update delivery schedules as needed
Escalate complex issues to supervisor to resolve
Respond & action requests from other teams to update inaccurate merchant data
Collect merchant-supplied item-level data and match to internal Dashmart item numbers and descriptions
About You
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience with data entry and/or analysis
Excellent Excel skills (SQL preferred)
Strong ownership mentality
Detail-oriented and organized
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred
Compensation Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location. The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado is $18.20—$30.60 USD.
