MGA Entertainment—the company behind L.O.L. Surprise!, Little Tikes, Miniverse, and other iconic brands—is looking for a highly organized and creative‑minded Coordinator, Integrated Marketing, to join our team. In this role, you’ll help manage MGA Sync, our Airtable‑based marketing system, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and consistency across brands, teams, and leadership.

This is not a traditional campaign coordination role. Instead, you’ll sit at the center of the marketing ecosystem, supporting brand teams, sales partners, and leadership by maintaining clean data, reliable systems, and clear access to the information that drives decision‑making.

What You’ll Do

Support and manage

MGA Sync (Airtable)

as the primary administrator and gatekeeper for the marketing organization.

Ensure MGA Sync serves as the

single source of truth

for marketing timelines, assets, sales materials, and reporting.

Support brand teams by maintaining and organizing

sales sheets, launch information, and marketing materials

within Airtable.

Partner with brand and sales stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, current, and structured for easy access and downstream use.

Develop clear documentation, training guides, and best practices for using MGA Sync.

Onboard new users and provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting.

Assist in compiling reports, executive summaries, and snapshots that surface key marketing activities and insights.

Provide operational support during B2B/Trade Showroom events, including retailer and regional scheduling coordination and on-site showroom assistance.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1–2 years of relevant experience (including internships or entry-level roles). Strong proficiency in Airtable

(required).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience managing data, timelines, documentation, or systems in a marketing or operational context.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
