What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive revenue, increase attach rates, and acquire new clients across SMBs, Startups, and Digital Natives

Create territory plans and lead outbound outreach efforts to develop a qualified BaaS pipeline

Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and facilitate discussions with existing and prospective customers

Understand the sales process and competitors for Stripe Issuing, Capital, & Treasury products

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and inform product development

What is Required (Qualifications)

7+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company with a proven track record of top performance

Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders

Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

5+ years of experience specifically selling payments or banking solutions
