REQ1453# # **Administration Officer – Casual Pool across Greenwich Hospital, Neringah Hospital and Northern Beaches Palliative Care Service.**# **About the role**The role of the Administration Officer works within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to ensure the provision of high-level administrative support to HammondCare Healthcare & Hospitals services***The role is offered on a casual basis and the expectation is suitable applicants will be able to work across our 3 Health campuses in Greenwich, Wahroonga and Mona Vale.******Please note roles location at Greenwich Hospital will be relocated to Macquarie Hospital site in North Ryde during the Greenwich Hospital redevelopment from March 2026*****Key Focus Areas*** Complete administrative activities associated with the services* Key point of contact for enquiries for the service and face to face contact for patients, visitors and staff* Maintain accurate medical records and process data on patients on EMR and other information systems* Provide support and work collaboration with Multi-disciplinary team and administrative staffFace to face contact for patients, visitors and staff and being a key person for enquiries# **About you*** Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action.* Proven experience in a healthcare administration or similar* Demonstrated coordination, prioritisation and problem solving* Exceptional customer service skills and ability to go above and beyond set task* Capable of working autonomously and effectively following directions* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills* Demonstrated skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products* Understanding revenue process e.g. cash handling (Desirable)* Understanding Medical Terminology (desirable).# **Benefits - What are we offering*** Opportunity for extra tax savings through Salary Packaging and Novated Leasing.
