What You’ll Do

Travel to assigned retail stores to conduct visits within your territory

Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products (TVs, tablets, headphones, speakers, printers, phones)

Partner with team members on 2–3 person projects such as appliance or TV installs

Build and maintain positive in‑store relationships

Complete assignments as directed by your BDS Manager

Submit timely reports from your mobile device

Schedule and complete work per BDS Standards and Expectations (provided during onboarding)

Receive or pick up materials at FedEx and deliver to retail locations as requested

Complete other tasks as requested by management

What You’ll Bring Experience and Education

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Previous merchandising, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred

Skills and Attributes

Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills

Proficiency with Android or Apple smartphone/tablet, including GPS, photo upload, data reporting, and document reference

Accessibility of a basic toolkit (BDS reimburses after probation)

Basic toolkit includes a multi‑screwdriver, Torx security bit set, hammer, cordless drill, Allen wrench, box cutter, rubber mallet, socket set, needle‑nose pliers, precision wire cutters, crescent wrench, easy‑off, putty knife, microfiber cleaning cloth, and Goo‑Gone

Completion of BDS online training courses within required timeline

Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship (18+ years old)

Availability and Logistics

Flexible availability Monday – Friday early morning to midday, occasional weekend hours

Minimum 20 hours per week

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

Ability to travel within a 60‑mile radius of designated market (company pays drive time and mileage)

Physical Requirements

Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push or pull, talk/have hearing, and drive

Regularly lift and carry 40+ pounds

Climb ladders up to 10 feet taller

Complete certification (online and in‑store) to use moving equipment such as Big Joe/Little Joey and forklifts when required

Occasional travel by flight or other modes of transportation

Important Information Compensation commensurate with experience, education, and market data, with final determination during interview. All wages comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
