$110,000 – $130,000 per year

USD $130,000 per annum + up to 25% Performance Bonus (Total Annual Package: Up to USD $167,300)

Role Overview Puffy is a Top 5 US mattress brand with 100% YoY growth since 2016, recognized as a Great Place to Work. This role is for a D2C performance marketer ready to own Meta and multi‑channel paid strategies that drive 8‑figure revenue impact.
You will launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms while strategically contributing to Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email channels. You will work alongside our Forbes Council member CEO to architect the next generation of our digital acquisition engine.

What You’ll Need
5+ years of combined experience, with at least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands and proven success driving revenue across multiple digital channels.
Working knowledge of Affiliate, SEO, SEM, Email and ability to contribute to strategy.
Hands‑on knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms with a track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS goals.
Proficient in campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and data interpretation for data‑driven decisions.
Experience optimizing funnels from awareness through conversion, including ad‑to‑LP optimization.
Creative ideation skills and ability to guide assets with design teams.
Background in mattress, furniture, or home goods sector.
Experience with programmatic channels and TikTok Ads.
Familiar with automated ad creation tools and DCO.
Experience creating and optimizing video content for social and search platforms.
Knowledge of Meta Shopping features and other social commerce integrations.
