Campus Ambassador Saint Anselm College
The Boston Beer Company is currently hiring a seasonal Part‑Time Campus Ambassador to support Saint Anselm College. This role works independently and as part of a team, increasing the availability and visibility of our products in local accounts such as bars, restaurants, grocery and liquor stores.
What You’ll Brew:
Execute impactful promotions for accounts in the On Premise (bars/restaurants) and Off Premise (grocery & liquor stores), including sampling events and festivals.
Table at major campus events such as sporting events.
Improve conditions and merchandise accounts by building displays, resetting coolers, and displaying point‑of‑sale items to increase brand visibility.
Conduct waitstaff and bartender education sessions to drive brand awareness and volume in accounts.
What Ingredients You’ll Bring: Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be enrolled in or have graduated from Saint Anselm College.
Must have a valid driver’s license, a registered and insured vehicle, and the ability to drive to and from accounts continuously.
This role requires the ability to work afternoons, nights, and weekends to support the needs of the business.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to tolerate cold temperatures.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle several times throughout the day.
May be required to stand for several hours during the workday or evening.
Working conditions vary day to day due to the customer‑facing nature of the role.
Regular travel within the market.
Level: 10IC
In accordance with the pay transparency law, the pay rate for this role, if hired, is $18 – $20 per hour.
