Job Description
Hourly PLUS Bonus. Our company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Marketing team as an Event Marketing Representative. In this role, you will be setting appointments with homeowners who have a WANT or a NEED to get a price quote for remodeling their bathroom or kitchen. This person would need to be a self‑starter, feel comfortable approaching homeowners, having 1 on 1 conversations, and overcoming objections. You will also be responsible for setting up and breaking your own booth that you will participate in events like: Home Shows, Street Fairs, and County Fairs. This position requires traveling around the City of Phoenix. Responsibilities
Represent our company at various events such as Home Shows, Street Fairs and County Fairs. Engage with potential customers and generate leads (set appointments) for our sales team. Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions customers may have. Overcome objections and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services. Work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain a positive and professional image of our company at all times. Set up and break down event booths. Have biweekly 1 on 1s with supervisor to review performance. Attend necessary meetings and trainings.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Passion for customer service and helping others Ability to quickly perform under pressure while working in a fast‑paced environment Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Proficient in basic office applications Proven experience in a customer service or field marketing role, with a track record of successful lead generation. Ability to overcome objections with customers in person while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
