Under limited supervision, develops quantitative analysis of competitive intelligence, market segmentation and targeted marketing initiatives for global marketing development.
Essential Functions
Resolves problems and makes recommendations related to complex matters and projects.
Develops moderately advanced computer models and provides specialist-level analysis.
Coaches others in less senior positions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, computer science or quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, etc.
Three (3) years experience in analytical/quantitative business or marketing research.
Experience developing moderately advanced computer models for analysis.
Experience leading moderately complex initiatives in a corporate environment.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong human relations, communication, analytic and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications Knows how to perform fact-based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights using data analysis, data modeling, and querying tools. Completes advanced data modeling and analytics. Lead complex new product / flight / market initiatives across large, cross-functional work teams. Project manage cross-functional team executive deliverables. Communicate regularly (written, in-person, presenting) with all levels of management.
Pay Transparency Pay Additional Details This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Plano, TX or Pittsburgh, PA and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
