RevBlack exists to revolutionize revenue operations, turning CRM systems into engines of growth and efficiency. We specialize in optimizing Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and RevOps using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to deliver scalable, data‑driven solutions for our clients.
We're looking for an Executive Assistant that can help the CEO manage the calendar and communications, prioritize tasks and anticipate needs to keep their day running smoothly. We're looking for someone that can tackle diverse problems, head‑on.
Responsibilities What you’ll own You’ll help keep the CEO focused by managing their calendar, inbox, and day‑to‑day priorities, making sure nothing important slips through the cracks. You’ll take care of the Heber City office and everything that comes with it, creating a space that feels good to work in. You’ll support company events like team get‑togethers, client visits, and local recruiting events, and handle travel planning when the CEO or team members are on the move. You’ll also coordinate client gifts, take care of weekly office traditions like Thursday dinners, and occasionally help with personal errands.
Qualifications What we’re looking for You’re organized and reliable, and people trust you to get things done. You like having responsibility and don’t need to be micromanaged. You think ahead, notice details others miss, and enjoy bringing order to busy days. You’re comfortable in a fast‑moving environment and don’t get overwhelmed when priorities shift. You care about doing things well and take pride in supporting others. You’re based in Utah, and can be in the office three days a week.
