Fetch Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers in Brandon, Florida is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Fetch is a family-owned specialty and emergency veterinary hospital that provides top‑notch care to pets and the people who love them. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who thrives on building connections, enjoys being out in the community, and is excited to represent Fetch with warmth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow Fetch’s relationships with the local veterinary community:

Spend time visiting referring hospitals, building strong connections with veterinary teams, gathering feedback, and ensuring Fetch remains their trusted partner for specialty and emergency care.

Support marketing campaigns:

Assist in the planning and execution of both online and offline campaigns to raise awareness of Fetch’s services and specialties.

Social media management:

Partner with the Marketing Director to create engaging content, respond to followers, and track performance metrics across social platforms.

Community events & outreach:

Coordinate promotional events and outreach initiatives to connect with local pet owners and veterinary professionals.

Marketing materials:

Work with the design and communications teams to develop eye‑catching brochures, flyers, and digital content.

Performance tracking:

Monitor the success of marketing initiatives and recommend adjustments based on data and feedback.

Vendor relationships:

Maintain partnerships with external vendors (such as graphic designers and print services) to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of materials.

Stay current:

Keep up with industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing best practices to keep Fetch’s strategies fresh and effective.

Ideal Candidate To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably in the veterinary or healthcare industry.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in social media management and content creation.

Ability to analyze data and trends to inform marketing strategies.

Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Creative mindset with a passion for animals and pet care.
