Responsibilities
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
Make outbound sales calls on provided leads
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Document each customer contact into Data
Take premium payments from customers.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Requirements
Active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines license required
Minimum 2 years Insurance Sales Experience
Track Record of Success, be prepared to discuss your numbers (calls a day and close ratio)
Complete the assessment as soon as possible
