Strategic Partnerships Manager
Andava Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven professional to lead and manage strategic partnerships. In this role, you will identify and build connections with publishers, bloggers, influencers, and industry websites to drive link-building, guest posting, and co-marketing opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Identify and build relationships with publishers, bloggers, influencers, and industry websites for link-building, guest posting, and co-marketing opportunities.
Manage ongoing partnerships, ensuring content deliverables and link placements meet agreed standards.
Negotiate terms and maintain clear, professional communication with external partners.
Collaborate with our SEO, PR, and Content teams to execute partnership campaigns.
Track and report partnership performance: backlinks, domain authority, referral traffic, and overall impact.
Research trends and competitor strategies to discover new partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in digital partnerships, link-building outreach, or SEO
Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and link quality evaluation
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Detail-oriented, with the ability to spot small but important factors that affect partnership quality
Strategic, focusing on the most relevant and high-value opportunities
Proactive, always looking for new partnership possibilities
Confident negotiator, able to secure fair and beneficial agreements
Organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
Comfortable using SEO and outreach tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.

Experience with content writing or editing.
Background in Partnership Management / Account Management.
