Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist in the development and dissemination of internal and external communications materials.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies under the guidance of senior team members.
Manage client inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving communication strategies and customer engagement.
Maintain accurate records of communications and client interactions in the database.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software tools.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
A team player attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
