Main Responsibilities:

Brand Management

Understand consumer insights, brand & business growth levers, and 360 marketing

Lead cohesive campaigns, providing direction to other marketing teams on brand strategy

Commercial Strategy

Develop strategic, conceptual, creative, and executional retail & shopper programs

Work on elevating & optimizing trade marketing tactics, retailer integration, and conversion

Partnerships & Experiential Marketing

Work collaboratively with external partners & understand how to bring partnerships to life

Oversee different field marketing activities from sampling to consumer events

Qualifications:

4-6 years of Brand Management experience, with experience on brand(s) with a large multicultural consumer base

Mandatory

Knowledge of the CPG industry and beverage experience preferred

Experience managing others – this role will manage a brand specialist

Experience with trade & commercial marketing, partnerships & experiential marketing

Strong business acumen, able to understand & develop a brand P&L

Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and strategic thinker who is eager to build a strong brand

At The Vita Coco Company, compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, experience, education, training, licensure and certifications, knowledge and abilities of the applicant, alignment with market data, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $100,000-$120,000. This range may vary for positions that will be performed outside of California, Colorado, Nevada, New York City, Westchester County, NY, Rhode Island, or Washington.
