Compliance & Governance Associate eTeam•Tempe, AZ Job Summary The Compliance & Governance Associate supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s compliance and corporate governance programs. This role ensures the organization adheres to internal policies, applicable laws, and regulatory requirements, while promoting ethical business conduct and corporate responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.

Monitor and assess regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to internal controls and procedures.

Conduct internal reviews and audits to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Support corporate governance activities, including board and committee meeting preparation and documentation.

Coordinate compliance training and awareness programs for employees.

Maintain compliance‑related records, documentation, and reporting systems.

Assist with risk assessments and support risk mitigation strategies.

Work with cross‑functional teams (legal, finance, HR, IT) to ensure an integrated approach to compliance and governance.

Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry (, GDPR, SOX, FCPA).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
