Job Summary The Project Manager oversees and coordinates restoration projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality outcomes. The role works closely with clients, contractors, insurance adjusters, and internal teams, and reports to the Production Manager. The position is based in Midlothian, VA, covering a 60-mile territory around Richmond.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties and determine restoration procedures.

Estimate scope and costs, producing supplemental estimates and change orders.

Manage resources, schedule subcontractors, order supplies, and coordinate equipment.

Lead and provide guidance to restoration teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Maintain open communication with clients throughout the restoration process.

Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections of completed work.

Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for clients and regulatory agencies.

Identify and solve challenges promptly, ensuring project success.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, contractors, and subcontractors.

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong understanding of project management principles (planning, execution, closure).

Organizational and documentation skills for accurate record‑keeping.

Familiarity with construction standards for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs.

Attention to detail and ability to cover all project aspects.

Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong decision‑making skills under deadlines.

Proficiency in modern technology and project management software.

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Adherence to company policies and embodiment of core values.
