Customer Support Specialist

Our client installs and maintains EV charging stations for commercial properties. Beyond installation, ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination are key to keeping chargers running smoothly. We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. No prior EV charger experience is needed full training will be provided. This role requires a tech-savvy, proactive individual who can learn quickly, communicate effectively, and help keep our EV infrastructure operational. Full-time, 40 Hours/Week Fully remote, work from home Salary: ZAR 17,000-20,000/month, commensurate with skills and experience Availability to work during EST business hours. Responsibilities: Monitor EV charger statuses and identify any issues. Communicate with property owners and drivers to assist with troubleshooting. Coordinate with maintenance teams for on-site support. Document issues and resolutions in the system. Escalate complex technical problems when necessary.
