Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM implementations, upgrade and support.
Experience in PeopleSoft Finance Modules (GL/PC, AR Billing, Sales & Earning).
Knowledge of PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) and upgrade methodologies.
May require occasional travel and after‑hours support during critical phases.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The PeopleSoft Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering PeopleSoft upgrade, enhancement and support projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Lead end‑to‑end PeopleSoft finance projects from initiation to closure.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Manage scope, budget, and schedule while mitigating risks and issues.
Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Facilitate requirement‑gathering sessions and ensure proper documentation.
Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Oversee testing, training, and deployment activities.
Manage customer relationships and third‑party integration's.
Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project execution.
Experience with ITIL methodologies.
Generic Managerial Skills:
Strong understanding of PeopleSoft modules and architecture.
Proven experience in managing large‑scale ERP implementations or upgrades.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Service‑Now, etc.).
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
