We're seeking an experienced cyberspace operations professional to support Offensive Cyberspace (OCO) force readiness, planning, and execution across the Total Force. This role directly supports mission execution by shaping organizational structures, monitoring readiness, coordinating mobilizations, and advising leadership on sourcing and deployment solutions.
What You'll Do
Support the branch mission through planning, readiness, and operational integration activities
Lead Total Force Integration (TFI) efforts for offensive cyberspace operations, including associate unit relationships, organizational structures, and training for AFRC and ANG units
Monitor readiness for Offensive Cyberspace units by reviewing DRRS, ART, SORTS, DCAPES, and JCC2R monthly; identify trends and develop corrective courses of action
Oversee AFRC and ANG mobilizations supporting OCO requirements; brief leadership monthly on mobilization status and issues
Develop or update DOC statements, Mission Essential Task Lists, Measures of Performance, and Unit Type Codes (UTCs) for offensive cyber units
Recommend annual UTC posturing and adjustments based on mission needs
Review and validate MPA requests from OCO units and supporting organizations
Initiate MAJCOM‑level deployment reclamas and support subordinate unit reclamas for OCO forces
Advise leadership on sourcing solutions for unit and individual OCO deployment requirements
Maintain a coordinated battle rhythm with HAF and ACC CFMs, FAMs, MFMs, and other key stakeholders
Develop or validate organizational structures, OCRs, and ACRs to activate, deactivate, restructure, or reassign units from the NAF level down
What You Bring
4+ years of experience in military unit readiness reporting and policy
2+ years managing Guard and/or Reserve force posturing and mobilization
Experience with UTC development, DOC statements, DRRS, SORTS, taskings, reclamas, and other FAM responsibilities
Working knowledge of AFI 10201 (Force Readiness) and AFI 10401 (Operations Planning & Execution)
Active TS/SCI clearance
