Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Support Specialist role to support a mission-critical federal program out of Springfield, VA. This role requires an ACTIVE Top Secret w/SCI Eligibility
Responsibilities of the Network Support Specialist:
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices
Handle Tier 2 issues and perform troubleshooting
Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies
Performpacket captures, analyze firewall logs, and resolve network issues using diagnostic tools
Manage and secure LAN/WAN environments
Qualifications of the Network Support Specialist:
1+ years of experience in network administration/operations or related field
Hands on experience with LAN/WAN
Experience working with electronic security devices (Intrusion Detection, IDS, Access Control, CCTV, etc.)
Tier 2 troubleshooting/maintenance experience
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
Compensation of the Network Support Specialist:
Salary: Between $80,000 - $105,000 annually based on years of experience
