What to Expect
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Robotaxi Fleet Team. As Robotaxi Fleet Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all our vehicles are in excellent condition at all times, supporting smooth 24/7 vehicle operations.
Your responsibilities will include vehicle preparation, vehicle inspections, effective lot management, and active collaboration with multiple teams. Success in this role requires an energetic and efficient approach to problem-solving, ownership of responsibilities, and a proactive attitude. We are seeking a candidate with positive energy, strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, an exceptional work ethic, and a passion for Tesla's mission of sustainable energy.
What You'll Do
Perform and document vehicle inspections, escalated identified issues to supervisors, technicians and engineers
Clean vehicles in compliance with set standards (car wash and minor detailing)
Manage vehicles and inventory across multiple locations; safely move and charge vehicles
Coordinate with both internal and third‑party logistics providers
Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional quality
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support business operations
Perform vehicle inspection and minor maintenance (experience preferred)
What You'll Bring
Valid driver's license required
Strong work ethic with a proven record of reliability and commitment
Proactive team player with the ability to foster collaborative relationships
Highly observant and excellent attention to detail
Vehicle inspection and minor maintenance experience is preferred
This is a safety‑critical position which is subject to drug testing requirements per Tesla policy and in accordance with applicable law
Overtime is typical for this position but not guaranteed
