Senior Project Manager - Project Management Office Join to apply for the Senior Project Manager role at Women’s Hospital.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and supporting organization-wide projects and process improvement, change adoption, and sustainment efforts. This role partners closely with operational, clinical, and support leaders to improve workflows, reduce variation, and enable measurable performance improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare, engineering, or related field is required.

Master’s Degree in business or hospital administration is preferred.

Current Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification required. PMBOK Coursework Certification is required.

Minimum of 5-10 years’ progressive project management experience with measurable improvement outcomes.

Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement & Lean Methodology

– Applies Lean and continuous improvement principles to analyze workflows, reduce variation, and drive measurable, sustainable improvements in partnership with leaders.

PMBOK Project Management Methodology

– Leads complex initiatives using PMBOK-aligned practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities.

Change Enablement & Sustainment

– Applies structured change enablement strategies to support adoption and sustain improvements within daily operations.

Action Plan Implementation Across Process Improvement & Change Management

– Develops and executes actionable plans that integrate process redesign and change management to ensure effective implementation and follow-through.

Process Analysis & Problem Solving

– Uses structured problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and recommend practical, data-informed solutions.

Facilitation & Influence

– Facilitates cross-functional discussions and improvement efforts, using influence to align stakeholders and drive progress.

Data-Informed Decision Making

– Uses qualitative and quantitative data to assess performance, evaluate improvement opportunities, and track outcomes.

Executive & Leader Communication

– Communicates project status, risks, and outcomes clearly and concisely to executive and operational leaders.

Collaboration Across Functions

– Partners across clinical, operational, and support functions to advance organization-wide improvement initiatives.

Full-Time; Monday-Friday

Compensation

$84,400 - $139,000
