Compensation Kansas City, KS $49,425.00-$67,958.00
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise plumbing team members both in the field and during service calls
Provide on‑the‑job training for customer service and technical development
Manage and ensure quality service for plumbing jobs, permits, and inspections
Actively run service calls and resolve customer concerns
Conduct performance evaluations for plumbing team members
Foster a dynamic sales culture and growth mindset within the department
Hire, train, and lead a high‑performing plumbing team
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Ensure compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction standards
Qualifications
3‑5+ years of experience as a plumbing field supervisor – preferably in residential plumbing.
Proven residential service plumbing experience (required)
Licensed Master Plumber or Contractor License (preferred but not required)
Strong sales and business acumen
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Ability to hold yourself and your team accountable for achieving company goals
Knowledge of computer systems and software
A forward‑thinking attitude with the ability to adapt to growth and change
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated platforms).
Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
