The Manager, Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability will lead the company’s environmental and social impact strategy, integrating environmental, social & governance priorities into business operations, risk management, innovation, and stakeholder engagement across our 12 global locations. This role is pivotal in driving compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement, supporting both topline growth and EBITDA through sustainable product innovation, operational efficiency, and stakeholder trust.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications (e.g., sustainability, ESG, CSR) preferred.
5+ years’ experience in sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility, ideally in manufacturing, supply chain, or consumer goods.
Deep knowledge of sustainability practices, certification standards, and regulatory frameworks.
Advanced project management, quantitative analysis, and budget management skills.
Experience with life cycle assessments, cost-benefit analysis, and ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP).
Strong interpersonal, strategic planning, and communication skills.
Ability to build trust and maintain close working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
