Team Associate

Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance. Shift Information

B shift / Wednesday - Saturday 5pm-5am Key Responsibilities

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance: By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, help maintain a safe work environment. Incident Reporting: Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard promptly and effectively. Adherence to Standards: Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations to uphold the company’s commitment to safety and environmental responsibility. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Use appropriate PPE to protect yourself and your colleagues from potential hazards. Promoting Interdependence: Look out for one another to foster a culture of mutual care and safety. Hazard Correction: Correct hazards within your control and capabilities to prevent accidents and improve workplace safety. Environmental Awareness: Recognize how your work impacts the environment and work to minimize negative effects. Engagement in Training: Participate in HSE training to stay informed and prepared to handle safety and environmental challenges effectively. Competencies

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. Position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
