We are seeking Service Coordinator with Service Titan experience to join a local plumbing company in Milwaukee for a direct hire.
Description Job Summary: This role is responsible for owning the customer journey, job flow, scheduling accuracy, and system execution within ServiceTitan. This position acts as the central communication hub between customers, field technicians, the Project Manager, and leadership—ensuring jobs are properly scheduled, executed, billed, and followed through with a best-in-class customer experience.
ServiceTitan System Ownership & Implementation Primary operator and enforcer of ServiceTitan workflows Ensure accurate lead, job, estimate, invoice, and note management Maintain data integrity across job types, tags, pricing, and costs Support team training and identify workflow improvements
Customer Service & Lead Management Manage inbound calls and inquiries from start to finish Qualify customers and explain process and expectations Schedule appropriate appointments and ensure correct billing Maximize customer trust and experience at every touchpoint
Scheduling & Job Flow Coordination Coordinate daily and weekly schedules with PM and GM Ensure correct technician placement and efficient routing Monitor arrival and departure times Serve as liaison between customers and field teams
Field Operations Support Assist with jobsite issues and delays Coordinate reschedules and confirm next steps Ensure timely communication between all parties
Job Completion & Quality Control Confirm job completion, cleanliness, and video documentation Send post-liner videos and invoices Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups
Estimates & Sales Support Confirm proposals is sent promptly and correctly Track estimate delivery and documentation within Service Titan
Invoicing & Financial Coordination Send invoices within 24 hours of job completion Track open customer invoices and subcontractor bills Assist with expense documentation
Reporting & Payroll Submit payroll information
